Among other things, the new requirements for USDA-purchases say the meat can contain no salmonella bacteria. 4. If commission inspectors were to find evidence of products labelled as lamb or other meats containing beef they can have abattoirs concerned closed down. 5. In addition to being in an advanced state of decomposition, preliminary tests showed that the meat contained a high percentage of fat, starch and industrial dyes. |
