1. Arrange fish in the pan, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with reserved herb mixture. 2. Add half of the herb mixture to the seasoned chicken, set the rest aside. 3. Brush the lamb chops with olive oil, then massage the herb mixture into the meat until evenly coated. 4. Brush the herb mixture off the lamb, then season the lamb with salt and pepper. 5. Brush the kebabs once or twice with additional oil and season liberally with the herb mixture as they cook. 6. Gently rub the herb mixture under the skin. 7. Rub the lamb with any excess bacon and herb mixture. 8. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and the herb mixture. 9. Sprinkle with the dried herb mixture and salt and black pepper to taste. 10. Toss the meat with the herb mixture, seasoning it with salt. |
