A jet stream disturbance will promote a few potent storms in the northern Plains. 3. A jet stream disturbance will promote dull, cloudy weather throughout a large portion of the West. 4. A jet stream disturbance will promote some stronger thunderstorms as it moves across the southern Missouri Valley. 5. A weak disturbance aloft will promote isolated showers in interior portions of Washington and Oregon. 6. A strengthening disturbance will promote mostly cloudy skies over northwestern states. 7. A weak disturbance will promote periods of thunderstorms in the lower Rio Grande Valley and Texas Gulf Coast on Tuesday. 8. A weak tropical disturbance will also promote thundershowers across Florida and along the Gulf Coast. 9. Across Florida, a cold front and jet stream disturbance will promote clusters of thundershowers, some with heavy downpours. 10.
