1.   Brisk onshore winds will promote clouds and showers near the Washington coast and along the western slopes of the Cascades.

2.   Brisk onshore winds will promote showery rain near the Northwest Coast.

3.   Cool, moist onshore winds will promote showers west of the Cascades.

4.   Converging winds will promote a band of strong thunderstorms which will move through the Tennessee and lower Mississippi Valleys.

5.   Cool northerly winds will promote clouds in the eastern Plains.

6.   Farther north, onshore winds will promote scattered showers across the Pacific Northwest.

7.   Frost will be common again Sunday night over much of the region as clear skies and light winds promote rapid cooling after sunset.

8.   Increasingly moist onshore winds will promote showers near the Texas and Louisiana coasts.

9.   In the Southeast, onshore winds will promote stubborn low clouds and spotty light rain from the northeast coast of Florida to coastal South Carolina.

10.   Increasing onshore winds will promote rain along Northwest coast.
