1.   Fold into cod mixture.

2.   Then divide the cod mixture into four parts and plop them onto waxed paper.

3.   Top with cabbage, cod mixture, tomato, cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.

4.   When the oil is very hot, drop a heaping tablespoon at a time of the cod mixture into the hot oil.
