1.   Brown ground beef, then remove as much grease as possible.

2.   Brown the beef in the bacon fat.

3.   Heat the butter in a Dutch oven and brown the beef, turning frequently to brown evenly.

4.   In Dutch oven brown beef with onion.

5.   In medium skillet, brown ground beef, drain and remove to a plate.
