1. Stir small amount of lemon mixture into the egg yolks and then add the yolks to the pan. 2. Add egg yolks and beat hard until smooth. 3. Add egg yolks and beat until light and fluffy. 4. Add egg yolks one at a time, beating after each addition. 5. Add egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition. 6. Add egg yolks to flour mixture. 7. Add egg yolks, and scrape in pulp from vanilla bean. 8. Add egg yolks, then whipped egg whites and perhaps whipped cream folded in, and you have chocolate mousse. 9.
