1.   Be careful not to break the yolk.

2.   Beat eggs just enough to break yolks.

3.   Crack the eggs and drop them into the liquid without breaking the yolks.

4.   Spoon the reserved tomato mixture on top and around the eggs, being careful not to break the yolks.

5.   With a wide spatula, carefully remove the eggs to a plate without breaking the yolks.
