1.   Put the yolks in a small mixing bowl along with the rest of the ingredients.

2.   Put yolks in large mixing bowl and whites in smaller, chilled bowl.

3.   Put the yolks in a mixing bowl and whisk to break them up a bit.

4.   Put the yolks into a mixing bowl and stir briskly with a fork until well blended.

5.   Separate eggs, putting yolks in a large bowl and whites in a medium bowl.
