31.   Remove the bowl from the mixer and use a rubber spatula to finish mixing the dough until thoroughly combined.

32.   Remove the bowl from the mixer.

33.   Remove the bowl from the pot and using a hand-held mixer, beat until soft peaks form.

34.   Turn the mixer off and remove the bowl from the mixer stand.
