21.   Place coconut in disposable foil pie pan or on double thickness of heavy foil.

22.   Place the pie pan in the center of the oven for even baking.

23.   Pie pan can be used.

24.   Pour over the chicken mixture in the pie pan.

25.   Peel off top paper, and place crust in pie pan, paper side up.

26.   Pour melted sugar into a pie pan, tilting pan to cover all surfaces.

27.   Press the dough onto the bottom of the pie pan first, then press it up the sides.

28.   Place crust in deep pie pan, pressing dough into bottom and up sides.

29.   Pour into pie pan.

30.   Remove the pie pan from the oven and pour the caramel into it, tilting to cover the bottom.
