1. Grease a baking sheet pan. 2. A pantry refrigerator wide enough to accommodate sheet pans. 3. Brush with olive oil and place on a sheet pan. 4. Brush a sheet pan with the olive oil. 5. Cover a sheet pan with foil and coat liberally with some of the vegetable oil. 6. Drain each pup well over the pot, and place on the second prepared sheet pan. 7. Drain potatoes, toss with melted butter or oil and then lay them out on a sheet pan. 8. Drain shrimp, discard marinade and place shrimp on a sheet pan, cut side up. 9. Dump fried chips onto sheet pan covered with paper towels and sprinkle with salt while still wet with oil. 10. For even baking, rotate the sheet pans in the oven halfway through baking. |
