11.   USER-INPUT is an input parameter specifying the module name and information you wish to update.

12.   Each tuple has a module name and a repeating group of text book names.

13.   If the module name is unknown to LIFESPAN and the module is contained within a user-supplied package, the module will be eligible for entry into LIFESPAN.

14.   First, LIFESPAN ABLE will reserve all new module names in LIFESPAN.

15.   Charge Code A valid LIFESPAN charge code to be used to reserve new module names.

16.   Module name X encountered more than once.

17.   The user should ensure that a module name is not contained in more than one file.
