The late concessions forced by the states would broaden the disclosures Microsoft must make to rivals about the operation of its powerful server software. 103. The latest vulnerability affects a function in the server software that allows Web administrators to change passwords for an Internet site. 104. The patch released by Microsoft Monday fixes that and all other security flaws found since the Internet server software was released. 105.
