1.   A circuit court judge will hear motions on the cases today.

2.   A federal judge in Newark, N.J., is expected to begin hearing preliminary motions by both sides in the lawsuit this month.

4.   Clark plans to hear legal motions in her courtroom Tuesday afternoon and begin trial the day after.

5.   Hilton said it wanted all three motions to be heard simultaneously.
