Cold, dry weather will dominate the Plains and eastern Rockies. 6. Dry and seasonably cool weather will dominate the Northeast as a small ridge of high pressure glides eastward from Ontario. 7. Dry, but cold weather will dominate the South and Mississippi Valley. 8. Dry and cooler weather will dominate the South. 9. Dry weather will dominate the remainder of the West. 10.
