1.   The three used to compete with each other to see who could steal the best clothes or who would take the biggest risk.

2.   Raytheon, Hughes and Texas Instruments all used to compete in the market for ground electro-optical systems, and now would be part of the same company.

3.   That will open up more seats out of Atlanta that Delta can use to compete with ValuJet.

4.   We are not used to compete without them.
