1.   An Iraqi Oil Ministry official confirmed that the flow of oil to the southern Turkish terminal of Ceyhan has been halted since Sunday.

2.   The official, speaking on customary condition of anonymity, confirmed that the flow of oil to the southern Turkish terminal of Ceyhan has been halted since Sunday.

3.   The remainder is shipped through the Turkish terminal of Ceyhan on the Mediterranean.

4.   Under U.N. rules, Iraq is allowed to use only its pipelines to the Turkish terminal of Ceyhan and Mina al-Bakr on the Gulf.

5.   Ankara has proposed construction of a pipeline linking Baku oilfields to the Turkish terminal of Ceyhan-Yumurtalik on the Mediterranean.
