1. A strong trade wind flow will prevail across the region today, making for very breezy conditions over land and rough seas across the local coastal waters. 2. But seas across the eastern coastal waters, especially around the U.S. Virgin Islands, will increase tonight ahead of the next tropical wave. 3. Caribbean waters will remain near normal, however seas across the Atlantic will build rapidly. 4. Choppy seas across the caribbean waters this morning will slowly decrease through monday as the front approaches. 5. Coastal seas across the northeast Caribbean have decreased slightly from yesterday across the open Atlantic. 6. Light winds across our region during the past several days continue to produce generally mild seas across our local coastal waters. 7. Light trade winds continue to yield generally smooth seas across all but our offshore coastal waters. 8. Light winds should continue to produce smooth seas across the coastal waters this afternoon. 9. Light and variable winds associated with weak high pressure will continue to produce smooth seas across our coastal waters. 10. Look for a fresh trade wind flow to persist across the regional waters for another few days, maintaining very choppy to rough seas across the offshore waters. |
