1.   Both banks met their obligations to repay depositors in full.

2.   All responsible parties would have to be legally processed and the shareholders, commissioners and directors of the liquidated banks would have to repay their depositors in full.

3.   The bank said it made the request to the Financial Reconstruction Committee after fund-raising became difficult and the bank feared it would be unable to repay depositors.

4.   The central bank said during that time, the company reported it was running out of cash to repay depositors who were withdrawing money from the company.

5.   With scores of businesses facing bankruptcy, the government has pledged to partially repay depositors.
