1. Cover the platters with wax paper or place the lids on the storage boxes. 2. If using glass lid, place lid directly on jar. 3. Place lid on jar and seal tightly. 4. Place lid on top. 5. Place the lids in a separate saucepan and cover with water. 6. Place hot lids on jars and screw bands on firmly. 7. Place lid on bowl and shake, coating all the fish. 8. Place lid on container and shake vigorously until lumps are gone. 9. Place lid on jar. 10. Place lid on shaker, but remove small cap from shaker lid. |
