1.   Combine the water, salt and sugar in a large nonreactive pot.

2.   In a nonreactive pot, combine all remaining ingredients except corn and bring to a boil over high heat.

3.   Place the potatoes, tomatoes, onions, zucchini, chili pepper, lima beans, oregano, salt and wine in a large nonreactive pot.

4.   Place the water in a large nonreactive pot that can easily hold the liquid and the turkey.

5.   Return cabbage to dry nonreactive pot.

6.   Salt Place the tomatoes, onion and one-quarter cup water in a nonreactive pot.

7.   Separate leaves and place in a large nonreactive pot.
