Loosely fill neck cavity with onion mixture. 5. Loosely fill neck cavity with stuffing. 6. Place onion quarters in neck cavity. 7. Place bird on the counter with the neck cavity facing you. 8. Stuff body cavity and neck cavity of the chicken with some of the apple-raisin stuffing. |
