1. As before this simply tells you in which direction to move the lace carriage to transfer the selected stitches. 2. But I have gone a long way from my original fine lace and the number of strokes of the lace carriage. 3. Complete the lace message - pull the selected lever and move the lace carriage to the right. 4. Knit two rows as shown by the curved arrow then select the needles and move the lace carriage to the right. 5. Select the needles and move the lace carriage to the left, as shown by the straight arrow and knit two rows. 6. Silver Reed tell me that the fine gauge lace carriage has to be tuned to the needlebed. 7. The curved arrows refer to the main carriage and the straight arrows to the lace carriage. 8. The lace carriage is going to transfer the selected stitches and the main carriage is going to knit them. 9. The straight arrow indicates the direction of the lace carriage. 10. There is an electronic lace carriage for standard and fine gauge machines. |
