3.   Denotes the issue number of the header format of the module.

4.   IFOR The module header format in the file you wish to enter into LIFESPAN is not accepted by this issue of LIFESPAN.

5.   The option is trying to update the header format version to the latest header format.

6.   You should read the module out of LIFESPAN using one of the other read options eg.
