1. Butte plans to have a pump running by then but has not completely figured out where the water would go or where it would be treated. 2. Many who did not have pumps were out of luck because pumps were virtually sold out after the first bout of heavy rain. 3. On that trip through Vermont, one of my friends got a flat, and no one had a pump that would fit his tire valves. 4. Only four children in the Valley have the pump. 5. Some people had water pumps when I was a boy. 6. Ten years ago a gas station had two pumps, a guy who changed a muffler, and a little office. 7. The city has many pumps to handle accumulations of water in its streets and open spaces, including major accumulations of rain water. 8. The livewell in a modern bass boat has pumps to circulate water to make sure the bass are not killed. 9. They have some pumps running, though water service stops at night and is intermittent during the day. 10. We had another pump back at camp. |
