1.   Dredge steaks in crust mixture and shake off any excess.

2.   Press crust mixture evenly into bottom of foil-lined pan.

3.   Press crust mixture into prepared pan.

4.   Sprinkle remaining crust mixture over top.

5.   Then dip in walnut crust mixture.

6.   Top with rounded tablespoons of reserved crust mixture.

7.   Using your fingertips, crumble reserved crust mixture and scatter evenly over chocolate.
