1.   Fold ends up and over crab mixture, forming an oval.

2.   Add crab meat mixture.

3.   Divide crab mixture onto muffin halves.

4.   Divide crab mixture in mounds among slices.

5.   Place a spoonful of crab mixture on top of each salad as garnish.

6.   Place under preheated broiler or in oven to heat crab mixture and then carefully fold over to form omelette.

7.   Spread crab mixture on sliced bread.

8.   Spoon crab mixture into mushroom caps.

9.   Top with the crab mixture and pop under the broiler to heat through.
