1.   Add Cajun spice mix to taste and stir to coat.

2.   Add cajun spices to the sauce, if you like.

3.   Cajun spice grits.

4.   In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn flower, self-rising flour and Cajun spice.

5.   Old Bay is a good blend of spices, similar to many of the Cajun spice blends we already see, but without the sting of cayenne.

6.   The hot and spicy fish was seasoned with cajun spices and matched with a variety of greens and nuts.
