1.   Crush Ramen noodles, combine with toasted almonds and sesame seeds, then sprinkle on top of cabbage mixture.

2.   Fill with the seasoned cabbage mixture.

3.   Holding the ends of the plastic wrap, fold the cabbage mixture over the top and up the sides of the salmon.

4.   Lift the cabbage mixture from the bowl, leaving the liquid behind, and transfer the vegetables to a clean bowl.

5.   Pour over cabbage mixture and stir until well combined.

6.   Pour over cabbage mixture while still hot.

7.   Pour the dressing onto the cabbage mixture, toss and serve at once.

8.   Repeat with the second piece of salmon and the remaining cabbage mixture.

9.   Remove from skillet and add to cabbage mixture.

10.   Stir soy-lime mixture vigorously, add to cabbage mixture, and toss well.
