1.   But periodically they were allowed to visit with other Death Row inmates in a break area.

4.   They asked for an espresso bar in the middle of the workroom, with small meeting rooms that radiated from the break area.

5.   Water customers should not be affected by the construction work, because water is being pumped around the isolated break area.
