1. Add the contents of the saucepan to the bean mixture. 2. Use a slotted spoon to fill each pitta bread with the bean mixture. 3. When hot, serve the bean mixture with the rice. 4. Arrange remaining tortillas evenly over bean mixture and cover with rest of bean mixture. 5. Arrange chopped pepper on bean mixture around the edge of plate. 6. At serving time, toss meat and bean mixture with tomatoes, lettuce and enough dressing to moisten. 7. At this point, store the bean mixture in an airtight container until ready to serve. 8. A soup basket could include bean mixtures, store-bought gourmet soup mixes and a soup tureen or kettle and ladle. 9. Add the bean mixture to the pasta, and toss to combine well. 10. Add to bean mixture along with chili powder, salt, pepper and cumin. |
