41.   Add the brown sugar and beat three minutes on medium speed.

42.   Add eggs and beat on medium speed until mixture is blended and smooth.

43.   Add lemon juice, parsley, onion and beat at medium speed to mix well.

44.   Add egg substitute and beat on medium speed until mixed in.

45.   Add the salt and beat on medium speed until the whites begin to stiffen.

46.   Continue beating on medium speed, gradually adding all remaining sugar, until whites are very thick, smooth and creamy and the consistency of softly whipped cream.

47.   Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.

48.   Cream the butter and sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed.

49.   Cream butter, sugar and lemon peel on medium speed.

50.   Cream until smooth with an electric mixer at medium speed.
