41. Cool on cookie sheets a few minutes, then remove to racks to cool completely. 42. Cover cookie sheet with foil and oil the foil with vegetable oil. 43. Cut them into pieces a half inch to an inch long, and place them on a cookie sheet. 49. Cut dough with a round cookie cutter and place half of the circles onto parchment-lined cookie sheets. 50. Cut in half, brush with olive oil and place on cookie sheet. |
