41.   Add the tomatoes and wine, bring to a boil and cook over high heat until liquids are reduced by three quarters.

42.   Add the tomatoes, cook a minute or so, then fold in the diced grilled vegetables.

43.   Add the tomatoes, rolling them around to coat with the oil.
