31.   The Pacific Northwest will be cool with variable clouds and a few showers.

32.   The rest of the Northeast will be cool with sun shining through variable high clouds.

33.   The remnants of Hurricane Juliette will continue to produce variable clouds and patchy showers over the deserts of the Southwest.

34.   The Southwest will be mainly dry although variable clouds and snow showers will occur in the mountains of northern Arizona.

35.   The tenor of the sky will be variable clouds with a few sunny breaks.

36.   Thus, the tenor of the day over the interior Northeast will be unsettled and cool, with variable clouds and sporadic showers.

37.   Unsettled weather with variable clouds, intermittent mountain snow and a few coastal showers will persist in the Pacific Northwest.

38.   Variable clouds and breezy, cooler conditions will prevail over the northern Great Lakes in the wake of a cool front pressing southeast over the upper Middle West.

39.   Variable clouds and scattered showers will occur near a front in central Florida.

40.   Variable clouds and showers will linger over Florida as gusty breezes from the east draw moisture inland.
