31. Place all ingredients in jar with tight-fitting lid, shake well to blend seasonings thoroughly. 32. Place all ingredients in the crockpot and stir to combine. 33. Place all ingredients in the work bowl of your food processor fitted with the metal chopping blade. 34. Place all ingredients with exception of vanilla in top of a double boiler over boiling water. 35. Place dry ingredients in a separate large bowl and blend with a whisk. 36. Place ingredients in a blender and add ketchup, honey, vinegar, blueberries and juice from lemon. 37. Place ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth. 38. Place ingredients in the pan in the order in which they need to be cooked. 39. Place the ingredients in a Dutch oven or casserole with a lid and, before putting on the cover, wrap the top tightly with heavy-duty aluminum foil. 40. Place all ingredients except capers into blender or food processor and process until smooth. |
