31.   Sufficient amounts of low level moisture and instability exist today for scattered showers to develop across our islands.

32.   The air mass will remain dry and stable aloft with ample low level moisture from the ocean.

33.   The National Agricultural Statistics Service reports that rain has held up planting in Texas and low moisture has stressed the crop in North Carolina.

34.   The northeast trade wind now has low level moisture embedded in it over the Atlantic.

35.   This combination of the upper level disturbance and low level moisture will act to destabilize the local airmass later today.

36.   This high pressure will be responsible for the southeast air flow and patches of low level moisture coming into the northeast Caribbean the next two days from the southeast.

37.   Very spotty patches of low level moisture can be seen on satellite photos this morning moving west across the Leeward Islands and offshore Caribbean coastal waters.
