38.   A weakening upper level trough can be found on satellite photos this morning extending from the northeast caribbean northeastward out across the Atlantic.

39.   An upper level trough affecting the local region Tuesday has moved westward and now extends from near Jamaica northeastward into the western Atlantic.

40.   An upper level trough associated with this low pressure system will move east into Hispaniola today and across Puerto Rico tonight.
