23.   An upper level low pressure centered a few hundred miles northeast of the U.S. Virgin Islands will continue to influence local weather conditions through Thursday.

24.   An upper level low pressure system located southeast of the area will enhance showers and thunderstorms this afternoon over the west and interior sections of Puerto Rico.

25.   An upper level low pressure system remains centered over the Atlantic north of central Hispaniola this morning.

27.   An upper level low pressure trough is now stationary across Puerto Rico but is in the process of weakening.
