21. Add fish, skin side down, to stock with fish sauce and tomatoes. 22. Add straw mushrooms, fish sauce and soup base. 23. Add the coconut milk, turmeric, fish sauce and sugar. 24. Add the garlic paste, lime and lemon juices to taste, the fish sauce, honey and oil. 25. Add the soup base, fish sauce, sugar and tamarind powder. 26. Add to the soup broth along with the fish sauce. 27. Add drained yogurt, mayonnaise, tamarind concentrate and fish sauce and pulse to combine. 28. Add fish sauce and lime juice, and bring to a simmer again. 29. Add fish sauce and pepper to taste. 30. Add fish sauce and stuffed melons and lower heat to simmer. |
