11. Place pasta in a warm bowl. 12. Remove to a warm bowl. 13. Return pasta to pot OR transfer to a warm serving bowl and add vegetables. 14. Remove potatoes to a warm bowl. 15. Scoop into a warm bowl, sprinkle with cilantro and serve. 16. Serve in warm bowls, topping each portion with a thin slice of butter or a drizzle of truffle oil, and a sprinkle of parsley. 17. Serve the greens and ribs in warm bowls, spooning some of the pot likker over each portion. 18. Serve in warm bowls with a sprinkling of chives and a drizzle of olive oil, if desired. 19. Serve in warm bowls, garnishing each portion with minced parsley. 20. Serve in warm bowls garnished with Parmesan. |
