11.   Divide cucumber noodles onto serving plates, top with salmon fillets and spoon sauce over top.

12.   During sugaring season a number of fine dining restaurants use maple syrup or sugar in such dishes as salmon fillet in maple and mustard sauce or maple broiled scallops.

13.   Flake the additional two salmon fillets and combine with cooked fettuccine, cooked green peas and store-bought pesto sauce.

14.   For best results, purchase center-cut fresh salmon fillets.

15.   Grill salmon fillets as desired.
