1. Cool the remaining fillet to room temperature and wrap and refrigerate it for use during the week. 2. Keep warm while you cook remaining fillets. 3. Repeat with remaining fillets. 4. Repeat with remaining fillets, adding additional oil as needed. 5. Repeat with the remaining fillets. 6. Repeat for the remaining fillet. 7. Repeat with the remaining fillets adding more oil to the pan, if necessary. |
