11.   Place chicken on a serving platter and spoon sauce over.

12.   Place chicken on a work surface, skin side up.

13.   Place chicken, BREAST SIDE DOWN, on a V-rack in broiler pan.

14.   Place the chicken in a shallow pan and pour the olive oil mixture over it.

15.   Place the chicken on top, and top with mango salsa.

16.   Place chicken in a bowl and cover.

17.   Place chicken in bowl of cool water.

18.   Place chicken in glass bowl.

19.   Place chicken in pan, and spoon all but cup of liquid over all of it.

20.   Place chicken in shallow dish and coat with half of garlic-soy mixture.
