11.   A stream of low level moisture moved in overnight on southeasterly winds around the atlantic sub-tropical high pressure system.

12.   Although low level moisture have increased sligthly over the region...This system will inhibit widespread formation of showers over our area.

13.   As this tropical wave continues to move west through Sunday, a gradual increase in low level moisture will occur across the local area.

14.   But an increase in low level moisture moving into the area this morning is expected to allow more widespread thunderstorm activity to develop this afternoon than on Saturday afternoon.

15.   Clouds remained over the Ohio Valley, Great Lakes and upper Mississippi Valley, as low level moisture was caught beneath a colder northwesterly flow.

16.   Fog developed in areas of the Great Lakes and upper Mississippi Valley where low level moisture was trapped.

17.   However, low level moisture has increased across the Lesser Antilles and Atlantic which should allow for scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms to develop across the islands through Sunday.

18.   Less low level moisture appears poised to move into the Virgin Islands this afternoon, with mainly isolated showers expected there.

19.   Low level moisture remains moderate across the local islands Tuesday morning.

20.   Low level moisture will be moving into the eastern Caribbean by Friday, so a slight increase in clouds and showers is expected over our area for the weekend.
