11.   In a small bowl, dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water.

12.   Over low heat, stir until gelatin dissolves.

13.   Pour it and the stock into a small saucepan, and stir over low heat until the gelatin has dissolved.

14.   Put the pan over low heat and stir with a wooden spoon just until the gelatin has dissolved.

15.   Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves and mixture is clear.

16.   Warm over low heat, stirring, until the gelatin dissolves.

17.   Warm over medium heat, stirring, until gelatin has dissolved.
