11. Add fish sauce or soy sauce and plenty of pepper to the soup. 12. Add fish sauce, palm sugar, lime juice and tamarind water and mix well. 13. Add Thai basil, green onion, fish sauce. 14. Add the carrots, bell pepper and turkey, then the oyster sauce, fish sauce and soy sauce. 15. Add the fish sauce and black pepper and keep warm over low heat. 16. Add the fish sauce and stir-fry briefly to blend the seasonings and to evaporate any excess liquid. 17. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, fish sauce and basil. 18. Add fish sauce and curry paste and stir to quickly coat chicken pieces with curry paste. 19. Add fish sauce to the stock and bring to a boil. 20. Add fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar and continue stir-frying another minute. |
