Dip bread slices into egg mixture and turn to coat both sides. 14. Dip bread, one slice at a time, in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides. 15. Dip each slice of poundcake in the egg mixture, turning to coat both sides. 16. Dip fillets into melted butter, then coat both sides with spice mix. 17. Dip a blossom into batter, coating all sides, and drain well. 18. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture to coat both sides. 19. Grill or toast coated sides until golden. 20.
