1. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and allow to cool slightly. 2. Melt chocolate, best done on a double boiler, and add it to the egg white mixture. 3. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. 4. Beat in flour and then beat in heavy cream and melted chocolate. 5. Beat in the coffee, vanilla and melted chocolate. 6. Add chocolate to hot mixture and let sit for a minute, then stir until chocolate is melted and blended in. 7. Add the chocolate and salt and heat the mixture over low heat, whisking, until the chocolate is melted and the sauce is smooth. 8. Add the chocolate, reduce the heat to low, and stir until the chocolate is melted. 9. Cook and stir over low heat until chocolate is melted. 10. Continue to whisk until chocolate is melted. |
